#4 Packing room by room, piece by piece making your transition seamless.


#5 Packing boxes and supplies calculated, purchased and delivered upon arrival at jobsite,


#6 Day-of move management serving as direct liaison with selected moving company. You're free to save your energy for what matters most!


#7 Unpacking during unload process. Photos used as reference to unpack in familiar manner.


#8 Organizing products purchased and installed during unpack.

  • Pricing research and suggestions for each item

(including detailed document provided to client for discussion and approval)

  • Listing created for each item on platform of client choice
  • Facilitate communication and viewings with prospective buyers
  • Facilitate day-of sale (yard or estate sales) including pricing of items and collecting payment
  • Off-site storage unit available during sale.



*Finishing Touches

Finishing touches are estimated based on project needs.


  • Custom printed labels
  • Shelf and drawer lining throughout the home (Ask about ExactMats!)
  • Dishes or laundry cleaned before installed in organized spaces
  • Styling & final touches for occupied home staging or guest prep





All offsite and extended services are billed separately to keep your project simple and affordable.
